SHIPPING TIMES

Order processing time is typically 1-3 business days with most orders shipping in 24 hours. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days. Shipping times may be slightly longer during peak holiday times. In addition to our processing times, typical shipping times are shown below.

  • U.S. Ground: 4-7 days via USPS, FEDEX Ground, FEDEX SmartPost or UPS (at our discretion)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days
  • USPS First Class International: Available to the following countries… Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, France, Metropolitan, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Republic of, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
  • USPS International Priority (Outside the U.S.): 7-16 days (varies by country)

SHIPPING COSTS

  • U.S. Ground: $5.99 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
  • USPS Priority Mail: $6.99 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
  • USPS First Class Mail to Canada: $12.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item.
  • USPS First Class Mail to other countries listed above: $17.90 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item
  • USPS Priority Mail International: Varies by weight and location. Add items to cart to view shipping costs.Please note that the maximum weight for First Class international packages is 4 pounds. Orders above this weight will be shipped via USPS Priority mail and you will be billed actual shipping charges regardless of your shipping total shown on this website.Depending on the location, USPS First Class Mail International can take up to 30 days to arrive (although most shipments arrive in 8-15 days). By shipping via this service, you agree to this. No customer support, claims or refunds will be processed on shipments via this service before this time frame has passed. We do not collect import taxes, duties or fees for any international shipments. All import taxes, duties or other fees are the responsibility of the final retail customer. Order returns or refunds will not be processed due to unpaid import duties or taxes under any circumstances.

ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES

RETURN QUALIFICATIONS

If you need to return and item to us, we require that you notify us within one week of receiving your shipment. Shipments that are returned without our prior approval will not be processed. All clothing items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached (if applicable) and be free of any stains or smells to qualify for a return. All toys and items in retail packaging must be returned in their original condition with all pieces and unopened packaging.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FROM U.S. CUSTOMERS

If we make a mistake on an order (like shipping the wrong item), we will make it right, just contact us to let us know.

If  you as a U.S. customer would like to return an item for a refund, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to you for the cost of the item minus any shipping costs (original shipping costs are not refundable).

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the correct item and send the incorrect item back to us. You are responsible for paying to get the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund you for the purchase price of the returned item.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you as an international customer requests a refund for an order, our policies are the same as for our U.S. refunds (see above). If an international customer requests an exchange for a new item, we will gladly process the exchange, but additional shipping costs will apply to ship out the new item.
